Unauthorized charges/refusal to cancel
This company operates under more than one name! (1) Load of Profit (2) WTE Credit Card Dog - these are just the 2 that continue to scam me. NO resolution or credits to the continous $69.97 fee being charged to my account. Same Call Center for each company. Mailing addresses in CA, UT an CT. - yet no employee will tell you they are affiliated. Just because you cancel with Safe Trial Offers does not mean they will not attack your account under a different name. They have no record of me ever canceling back in OCt. of 2009. Still charging my account.

Ordered but did not receive. But instead of putting these complaints up what is the solution. Does anybody have one?

electronic cigarette
Ordered cigarette on 11/30/2009, billed for it on 12/14/2009, and received it on 12/23/2009. I ordered a FREE electronic cigarette and was to pay only the shipping charge of $9.95 (which I was billed for on 11/30/2009). I received it on 12/23/2009 and it included a note stating that I would be billed $99.10 for it after a 12 day trial period starting when the order was placed. I got to looking and noticed that I had been billed for it on 12/14/2009. It was billed 14 days after I ordered it, but took 24 days to receive it from date of order. First of all, the ad stated it was FREE. The ad said nothing about it being a trial offer or being billed for later. Second, even if I had ordered it as a trial (which I didn't), how would I be able to evaluate it when I haven't even received it yet? Look at the dates! This is nothing but a complete scam and I've filed fraud charges against them with my bank to try to get my money back.

got charged but did not order
I ordered a vapor pak trial but it said on the page that I can evaluate the product for 12 days. I ordered on October 22 and it should be shipped in days. And it never said anything about membership.
I would not have ordered because I went back to Germany on October 27th. Now my friend called and said, that the trial arrived and that I have to call to cancel, which I did, but they already had charged me another 99, 10 dollars and did that 7 days before the trial package even had arrived. So how can I evaluate anything I don´t have in my hands ???
they have to be stopped!!!

product billed but not ordered
Order charged to my debit account without my permission for merchandise I did not order..I am notifying my bank of the fraud.

Electronic cigarette
I ordered one each of an electronic cigarette to aid in the smoke cession process. I received a tooth whitening system. What’s up with that? I’ called to complain but they only have an answering system. The emails just bounce back undeliverable.

did not order and charging my account
I have just received ANOTHER 'confirmation' of my order from Safe Trial Offers which I have NEVER agreed to. I just called UPS after receiving their' tracking number' and confirmation and they don't even have it in their system. There is NO number to call. NO one to 'cancel' through and I have had to change banks because of this. Shut these people down!
