frozen PC - PC Optimizer software does not work
PC Registry Optimizer - version 2.2 was installed on my PC and it does not work at all. No verifiable improvement to my PC was found. As a matter of fact, it furthered slowed down my PC - I continuall get stuck in applications since loading this software.

PC CLeaner
I was offered a FREE scan from PC Cleaner. When the scan finished, I had SEVERAL items on my computer (according to PC Cleaner) that NEEDED to be removed. When I started to have them removed that is when I was informed that in order to REMOVE ALL of the threats on my computer it would cost me $29.95, but that my computer would run better & faster. But after the money was paid, low & behold, my computer had not changed at all. It still ran slow, and then began to freeze up on me when I was in the middle of something I was doing. Now, I have no idea how to go about getting a refund for this rip-off!!

Once more I have received a charge of $39.94 on my Visa card for something I have NOT ordered or een knnow anything about --- This outfir is a definte scam!

unauthorized charges
charges for $39.90 USD appeared on one of my credit cards...this company is unkown to us ... no services ever requested from any such
vendor for any service or product...I have handed all the the info to
the State Attorney's Fraud Unit.

I want my money back
This company wants to fix my computer for 39.94 and it is not broken. It is a scam. Their phone
message gave the time they were there and no one answered only told when they should be there.

foreign transaction fee
Bills itself as "WWW.SAFECART.COM USA" but when you get your credit card statement, there is a "foreign transaction fee" because they are actually in Canada.

extra charge plus froze my computer
May 25 recd notice computer drivers extremely out of date and try a free update. Ended up with screen asking for $29.95 and was charged $39.90. When I tried to update mouse data, the download froze my computer in mid cycle. Cant use computer now shows errors-deleted Driver Detective immediately. Want refund. Filing complaint with Paypal.

they didnt do any thing either
waste of money ..
