I filled out an application for a payday advance loan. AlthoughI never completed the process and took the loan, my information was retained in several data banks. I was seriously harassed by several companies and noticed several charges over the next two months being debited from my account. BOA as surprisingly lackadasical in helping me, I pretty much had to figure it out myself. I first contacted them and was told I should learn to read the very fine print. I was directed to the web site to fill out the complaint form which stated I would be emailed back almost immediately with a status report, of the validity of my claim, yada yada... of course i never heard a thing. i say we start a class action suit they are theives, plain and simple.
