As a social worker for the elderly, I have helped 3 clients apply for a free safelinkwireless phone. The first time I applied was in early Oct., and my client received his phone and it is working. However, it has been a few months since I helped the second client and she still has not received the application in the mail which was necessary for her to complete since she needed to proof her income. The same was true of the 3rd client. I have tired to call the company and they have no option to talk to someone and the message online continues to say, "You will receive your application in 5-10 business days". What can I do to facilitate this process? Has the company gone out of business?
