Unauthorized charge
Never recognize this company. It just appeared to my bill. I've seen a lot of complaints regarding this. I am willing to help in anyway to shut down this business.

Unauthorized charge on credit card
A different company that I tried to call and every day the phone operator said that 'all circuits are busy' for 5 consecutive days. Could not get proper communication and filed a dispute with my credit card company and had to cancel my card and get another one with new numbers.

Can NOT get my money back
$38.84 was taken out of my debit account on June 3, 2009. I called THAT day and was told it was from a Google account that was CLOSED. They promised I would have the money back in my account by June 17th. It DID NOT happen. I called AGAIN and they told me to have my bank call them. Yeah right. My bank said they do not do that. My bank said it sounded like they were yanking me around, I asked Safelock and they said oh, no. So then I asked to speak to the Boss or to give me the information to contact Google. They said they do not have that information. WHAT???? So they told me they would resubmit it and to give it 10-15 more business days. Which of coarse is up and still not refund. I have been trying the number all hours of the day for almost a week and can NOT get a person. I am highly frustrated and want my money and time back!!!

SAFELOCK ID
Safelock ID took $38.84 from my account, 06/02/2009. I called the company several times. They kept telling me that a credit was issued to my card, however the money never showed up on the card.. Scammers (They even gave me a reference number for my credit.
The number that I called back then is now no longer a working number.

Unauthorized withdrawal from Checking account
I have been charged $38.84 and I did not authorized this charge. I inquired on several at home business, but have no idea where this charge came from.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a Work at Home disc from Google and since have been charged from a Google Treasure chest $72.21 plus service fee; Mystimulus.co for a charge of $24.87 plus service fee and a charge
from Safelock ID for $38.84. These are all unauthorized charges that just showed up on my bank statement. BEWARE.

This Company has charged my credit for unknown reasons for $38.84. THIS I SAW ONLY WHEN I RECEIVED THE BILL FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY./ What to do next?

Did Not Order
Safelock ID chargedmy bank account and I have never, ever heard of them! I had never even seen their name before. They have promised mea refund twice and they still have my money!

false charges
WE ARE BEING CHARGED EVERY SEVEN (7) DAYS. WE HAVE TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER(S) LISTED WITH EACH CHARGE AND HAVE YET TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO ANYONE!! FOUR DIFFERENT NUMBERS LISTED, TWO JUST GIVE BUSY SIGNALS AND THE OTHER TWO GIVE NO CONTACT AND KEEP SAYING THE OPERATOR AND THE "BACK UP" OPERATOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. THE ONLY WAY WE CAN STOP THE CHARGES IS TO CANCEL OUR CREDIT CARD. WHAT A HASSLE THIS HAS BEEN. I HOPE THE GOVERNMENT GOES AFTER THESE PEOPLE!!
