After being mislead by there adevertisement for a trampoline, I canceled my order withing 24 hour of ordering. I sent many emails and called weekly in reguards to the $319 they drafted out of my account. I spoke with different people but Terry was the man I spoke with the most often. He told me he would send me an email reguarding the refund that I was due weeks earlier, I never received the email or refund. This has been going on for months. Like a complaintaint I read about earlier I am a sing mom with very little extra money, I had been saving for months for a trampoline for my daughters birthday, she didnt get the trampoline and I got riped off! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
