No product/No refund
In November, 2008 I purchased a projector replacement bulb on-line from SageRyder.
In January, 2009 I called them and was told that the bulb had been shipped. In Feruary, I called them again. I was told that it had been shipped. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order and have my credit card credited with the amount I had paid. They told me they would cancel and credit my account. In March, 2009 I called again and was told theat they were in the transition as some other company had bought them. I was given their address so I could get my refund. I sent a letter demanding a refund. I still have not received my refund. I went to the web site and was redirected to alibbaba.com. I filled out their complaint form for the SageRyder product/refund. Still heard nothing. Today, I searched and found that I am not the only victim to this company.

Rip off company
I ordered a bulb for my Sony LCD projector TV in April 2008. It took several weeks to receive it from SageRyder's supplier. Once I received the bulb, I opened the package and inspected the bulb. It looked exactly like the one I was replacing; the mirrored reflector was a little discolored and the bulb looked a little dark.
Well, I put it in my TV and lo and behold, it did not work. That was a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to call SageRyder about this problem. When I did call, the sales rep was very helpful and said I could do a quick replacement. Meaning, they would send out a replacement right away, which incurred another $177.99 charge to my credit card, and send me a return authorization to return the bad bulb.
This process went quite well. The new bulb arrived within two days, the R/A was in my email within a few days, and all was right with the world. In fact, the new bulb came in a Sony box as opposed to the bad bulb coming in a non-descript box with a small sticker on it stating it was a Sony XL2400 lamp (HMMM).
That was in May 2008. Since then, I have called several times trying to find out when I would have the original charge on my credit card reversed. I talked to several different people who pointed fingers every which way that they could, including their supplier. Finally, on September 9, 2008, I received an email stating that a refund check would be issued within 30 days.
I waited six weeks before I sent them asking about the status of my refund. No reply. 57 days and two subsequent emails later, still no response. It boggles the mind that a company who needs repeat business to survive would treat their customers this way.
I did research on this company before ordering, but apparently didn't do enough. Had I known this website existed and had the reports on this website back then, I would not have ordered from this company. In fact, the only reason I did was because Sony was out of stock at the time I needed the bulb.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!
