Placed first-time order from Sahalie company on internet site on 11/24/08. (I have received a few catalogs and have seen them on e-bates). Ordered all "in-stock" merchandise. Order did not ship until 12/3/08 which is somewhat long considering the merchandise was 'in-stock'. The e-receipt allows you to link to a 'tracking' site but the tracking offers minimal if any information.

Anyway, the tracking data stops on 12/4 and says expect in-home delivery by 12/8/08 which is again a long delivery time from order for instock merchandise. As of 12/10, the merchandise has not arrived. There is no tracking information beyond 12/4/08 and 2 calls to customer service proved to be useless--both people could not help me and said they did not know why the merchandise was not received. The second of these phone calls was on 12/10 and the rep I spoke with said she would put in an inquiry to the central office. I asked her how I would find out the results of the inquiry, and she said, "you won't". I asked why not, and she said "because you won't".(or something like that). I gently argued that they have my email address and phone number, and that I expected a response because they have charged my card. She begrudgingly stated that she would do it herself. I also stated that I expected shipping to be waived and she said "OK" and hung up on me.

I will never order from them again, and I will likely refuse delivery if it ever comes. And contacting customer service is a pain--you are on hold for at least 20 minutes and the reps are less than helpful when they finally get to you.

I placed an order with this company and they have been charging my credit card 14.95 every month
for a rewards program I didn't even know I signed up for. They told me at the end of the order they
asked me if I'd like to save 20% and I clicked yes so that gave them the right to charge me.
My husband checks the credit card bill and didn't catch it thinking I was ordering from them every
month. So, I had been charged 4 months before we caught it and they wouldn't refund my money.
Quite the scam!
