Defective product, rude customer service
Purchased a backpack from this company via ebay, zipper broke during first use. Rather than put negative feedback, I contacted the company to let them know the item was defective. They said I could return it for an exchange. Although I am pretty good about filing, I could not find my invoice and the invoice on ebay did not have this company's address. The box it arrived in had already been recycled so I could not get the address from there. I emailed the company back asking them for their address. They told me to get it from the invoice. I explained that I did not have the invoice and asked again for the address. I never received an answer, so after a couple of days I asked again, still no answer. At that point I put negative feedback on ebay. I have since received several very rude responses from this company and even after I told them that I considered it harassment and to cease, they still sent two more. Here are a couple of examples of their responses to me 1) excuse me but address was on bottom of invoice like i said, try giving it a bit of effort and its easy to find out our address, now you have to remove the feedback or you can deal with paying the shipping back your self.
