I was contacted by Tyler Martin of Global Resorts Condos Plus phone number 817 977 0105, 817 945 6513, back in December of 2008. He said he had a buyer for my timeshare and needed the 2050.00 for closing so I paid the money and 3 months later and after faxing him the paper work 4 times his excuse foer not selling my timeshare is because I failed to send him the papers, now keep in mind I have already sent them 4 seperate times, is it to much to ask but how many times do I need to send them to him???????????? Also when I called him today and confronted him about the not sold yet timeshare and told him I feel that I am being frauded and threatened him with going to the proper authorties he became irate and rude and has since shut his phone off. I have taken the necessary steps to try a retrieve my money back. Mr Martin if you are reading this you can run and you can try to hide but you will get caught there are laws against stealing and mis repersenting people to get their money. I want my money back !!!
