Here is the timeline of my awful experience with saleeater.com :

* Feb 15, 2010: DVD order placed
* Feb 18, 2010: Email received that order has shipped; checking account charged for the order.
* Mar 1, 2010: I send an email to saleeater.com, asking for the status of my shipment.
* Mar 3, 2010: I send a second email, requesting the status of my shipment. I receive a reply same day that my order couldn't be located, so a second DVD was being shipped to me that day.
* Mar 15, 2010: Order still not delivered to my home. I send several emails over the next several days, asking that my order be cancelled and my money be refunded. No replies since ... and today is Mar 30th.

I will NEVER do business on this website again.
