In fact, that is impossible for us to do since we use paypal as a third party payment processor. We never see any of your personal information beyond your first and last name, and email address. The rest is handled by paypal. Unfortunately, paypal does not seem to care enough to investigate this matter further. It's unfortunate that spo many people take the time to post harmful messages about our company, and never update or delete these posts after they realize that they were never charged in the first place.
