I had to return an item, cuz I got the wrong one as a gift. Originally I wanted to exchange it, but they don't have the one I wanted. It is available only online. So the manager gave me a merchandise card and I asked her if can use it for online purchase. She said YES!!! Which is absolutely wrong! because I after I went home I figured that I can not use it for online purchase. I called back to the store and she told me to call the customer service and didn't even give the opportunity to talk to her! Then she hang up on me! Absolutelly crazy woman, how can she run the store at all!!! Now I need to find other store where they have the item I want, because I can't use the card for online purchase. Rude manager and poor service. Plus I was calling the customer service and had to wait FOREVER!
