WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have got the worse customer service at SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY, UNION CITY CA. I walk in the store and I was minding my own business looking around for a barber razor, I found one so pick it up and I was approached by one of the person inside the store. I assume she is one of the manager and her name was she said EVA or AVA and she said !!! OH you are not supposed to touch anything on this wall without an assistant !!! I didn't see the sign??? because it was very small sign. This person was so rude and she has no skills in PUBLIC RELATION but yet she is a manager for SAlly Beauty Supply. It is Dissappointing to see that someone like this person to represent SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY in the retail store. I was so upset I was in tears. She said OHH you dont have to get upset!!! I run to the door and she told me to FUCK YOU!!! YOU BITCH!!! SHE WAS YELLING INSIDE THE STORE!!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING THIS !!! THIS PERSON NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THIS STORE!!! this happened today June 29, 2011 at 4:30 pm
