I am Sally customer for more than 10 years, but lately I got really really annoyed to the point that I just want to sue. I liked couple of employees there, they were really nice and knowledge, but unfortunately they're all gone... every month I saw new employee, but the manager is horrible person, RUDE, RACIST, and HORRIBLE customer service. Couple of months ago I bought couple items because first of all, they were on sale, and secondly a young nice employee talked me into it (she was good and knowledge). However, when I about the pay the manager walked in and she took over the other employee that I like. She was rushing scan all my items and one of the item she scanned TWICE, and one more items she over charged me almost triple price :(. So, I confront her that I checked the price before I picked up the items, " can you double check for me, please?". Instead of check it for me she rolled her eyes, then slam stuffs around... and then she realized that she was wrong, then she asked with very impolite attitude: "you want it?". Of course I want it, but the way she asked me so I changed my mind "NO" I said, then I showed her second item that she charged me twice, then she said: " Oh, my GOD"... To that point I was so mad and returned them all and she slam the register and stuffs around in front of me again. The worse part was she didn't even say SORRY to me at all.
I just don't understand how could Sally hired a horrible Manager like her, all good employees there are gone. Only her now and an old lady there with her, she was nice but she didn't know anything about the items there. I really want to see new manager or I will never walked into that store again... I will tell all of my friends that too.. they all agree with me and they called her "what a B"
