abusive staff, stylist salon, treat customers with contempt
I went to salon enclave after reading the good reviews, and left halfway in pain, with a haircut that looked no different than when I went in. Kim Kubo was my stylist- I chose her because of the good reviews. This is one of the worst experiences I've had at a salon in a long time. First I had to wait over 30 minutes...with no apology, just bad or mediocre unfriendly attitudes. The owner of the salon apparently, is just not very nice. She was rude to me from the get go-- just stand offish, bad attitude..she rushed through my hair cut aggressively, despite me saying that I have severe CFS and fibromyalgia.. and to touch my head very gently--she didn't do that and also was irritated by anything I said to her and gave me a look of dismay or a bad attitude- she was unfriendly, mean, and aggressively grabbed at my head constantly-- she seemed pissed, irritated, etc...when she got done, I couldn't even realyl ask her to do any corrections because that annoyed her more, and she did it in a rush and literally felt like she was almost shoving me out. She was so rude, disrespectful, aggressive, I left with my head in severe pain after the experience. The staff in the end at the desk were rude too and didn't treat me well. This is apparently how they treat new clients? I will never go back, and on top of it all my haircut looks the same as when I went in and nothing different was done. I guess its because I had a coupon so they figure they can abuse customers, mistreat them espcially those with serious illnesses, then give them bad haircuts...They didn't treat the other customers like this and kim especially took her time with a previous client, and made sure the person's hair was impeccable, but treated me like a doormat, and worse was so aggressive with my head and hair, constantly, when I asked her many times to not be that way since I have a serious health condition...and worse my hair looks no different than when I first went in...what kind of stupid hair salon is this and what kind of seemingly discriminatory mean people are these...worst salon ever and experience.. stay far away and shame on them--if you are to go do not go to the owner, Kim who can't control her abusive behavior towards customers, and go at your own risk of being hurt or leaving in pain
