I went to the most exclusive salon in Newport Beach to have Great Lengths hair extensions put in my hair at the cost of 3k. Two days later I discovered lice eggs and debris all over them. The stylist told me to get a Dr.'s note and bring it to her so she could send it back to the company. My Dr. confirmed this disgusting discovery and wrote a note.

She told me to treat my hair asap with lice shampoo which I did. That process ruined my hair color and broke off a lot of my hair.

After a few days of a "run around", the stylest basically treated me like a burden to "her"!!I caught her in several lies and went to the manager and she said that she can't do anything about it. The owner of the salon refused any of my calls.

I simply wanted the disease ridden hair out of my head and I wanted new hair put in. I suspected that the stylest scammed me and put in poor quality hair to begin with. That was confirmed when I went to an expert in the feild. Apparantly the hair was not only the quality I paid for, but was only worth about $20, hense the lice. It wasn't the quantity that I bought either..so she shorted me there.
The hair is a discussting rats nest that is frizzy and sheds all over the place.

They are refusing to refund my money so I can get it re-done and they are refusing to replace it with what I purchased.

I dont have the money to fix it myself. I am planning to sue and I want this fraudulant scam punished.
