I went to Lauren at Salon Natasha several times and have had the worst experience I have ever had with a stylist and owner Duby. The second time I went to lauren she argued with me about what I wanted when I was unhappy with the previous color she had done she did not want to fix the whole problem only put a few highlights in to cover the problem. I was in disbelief when she stood there getting very angry and telling me she would not put more highlights in my hair. my hair was several different colors on each side and did not match the other side and back. I started to get up and leave, I said just forget it and the owner Duby talked me into staying...ultimately she did fix it but she was very upset about having to. The next time I went back...only because I thought she really knew color she bleached my whole head and toned it...at first I thought it looked good but then I realized when I got home and started brushing it that there where orange splotches all through my hair it looked bad...I looked yellow and orange. So I called to have them fix it and I was refused by the owner Duby. They were all rushing out the door on the Saturday afternoon and I went to pay with american express and she said she did not take american express. I had asked earlier and lauren said they did accept it. So I only had a capital one check with me...so I paid with that...DUBY waited to long to cash it and it expired...so I get a letter from Duby saying she is sueing me. She did not even try to fix my hair either. I would not recommend this salon to anyone...they are all like family and will take each others side regardless of what the circumstances are...customer service is not a concern.
