I went to Vu-Miche to get an "up do" for my weddi2ng day and spoke with Julie. We discussed what I wanted to have done and Julie pressured me to have my make up and a few other things done at the same time. I resisted the pressure, much to Julie's disgust who told me clearly that I needed professional help as I would be unable to do my own make up effectively - what a cheek!
I showed up on time for my appointment and was asked to take a seat to wait for Julie. I began to get stressed when she didnt come for me, you can imagine that on my wedding day I was working to a schedule. It turned out that Julie wasnt even in the building, she was at home. When I began to show concern the receptionist called Julie to tell her I was running out of time. Julie showed up over 30 mins late with some excuse that the appointment was not confirmed and proceeded to do a rush job which did not last. Whilst the up do was ok at best the ringlets fell out during the course of the day and didnt even last through the wedding photography. Julie's attitude was abismal and I did not appreciate starting my special day being stressed out by an uncaring, lazy hairstylist who clearly couldn't care less about customer care.
I went back to the salon a few months later to see how they did with leg waxing. The job was done ok but the atmosphere was not welcoming, the people who worked there were not at all friendly and I have been put off from going back there ever again.
All in all zero out of 10 for customer care!
