The company goes up on my bill every month, and when I asked them about a hardship - they told me that they don't have one in place yet. They said that they're waiting on Obama to finish making changes before they can offer some type of plan. In the meantime, my bill is steadily increasing. This company should be investigated
for deceptiveness and fraud.

i think that cardholders that were in the program when they cancelled the program suddenly- shouldn't have 2 make anymore payments, & what we have paid should be refunded.

i have been trying to resolve a problem i have with salute . on 08 /18/08 i did a buy out w Salute. the buy out amount was 321.00 was paid to this company the confirmation number is Cs818209AMES .

Yet they continued to make withdraws from my account. I have written to them and they continue to say that I still owe them. I have changed my back account several times and they still find it and make unauthorized withdrawals several times a month.

I have tried to resolve this w them. They have now applied charges to the credit card and they said that I have charged to the account which I have not. The amount is up in the range 600.00 now. I have explained to them that I have not used the card since it paid it off in the buyout in 2008. Yet I have been struggling w them. I have faxed them the information and I have talked to them for endless hrs. I have explained to them that I have a heart condition and they still call me at all hrs of the night. And they stress me out. They have talked to my trustee and they said they were going to call her back because they had recording giving them permission to debit my account. My trustee was there that day and also talked to them and she said to bring up the recording because it was not true. They said they would call back in five min. to this day they have not called back w the recording. Yet they still say they had permission. We wrote to them withdrawing any permission to debit any funds. This company is a fraudulent company. They lie and steal

Please help me w this problem. Before it kills mE
