My son bought a Tmobile prepaid phone online that came with $30.00 of free minutes. It was sold on the 14th and the promo expired on the 15th. The promo was listed when he bought it.
So the phone arrives a day after the promo. They say sorry you were a day late for the free minutes.
So why did they offer a promo knowing it would not get to him in time to use it?
