I purchased some In-ear headphones that M-Audio brand IE-10's that were recommended and represented as High Quality headphones. I should have suspected a problem when they would not allow me to try them out. After spending $100 and trying them when I got home. I tried to return them. I told them the headphones did not have the range or quality of sound they had assured me at the time of purchase. They would not refund my money. I have a $10.00 set of ear bud headphones that have better sound than these. Now the salesman says that well they are only single driver headphones. They still do not have the range my cheap earbuds do. I will never again purchase anything from this business. I feel cheated and just hope to warn others before they take any recommendations from these flakes.
