Sam's marble contractor did several home improvement for us last year. The

items including replace new siding and

new gutter for our house located in Rockaway, New Jersey. Unfortunatelly,

the parts of siding and gutter falled off

couple weeks ago, according to the agreement, they should come back to repair it, we have called them many times to come over take a look and repair it. Sam finally came over and took a look after my 20 phone calls. He

told me he will take care of it, we waited for one week, he didn't show up, I called him again today, he said the person he hired to do the work is not coming back to repair the siding and gutter.

However, he is responsible for this job, he should send someone to repair the demage part. But, he is not willing to do so.

I certainly need your help, please help us solve the problem, I will be highly

appreciated for your help. Please help me to have Sam come back to repair my siding and gutter.

If Sam is not responsible to his consumer, his license should be suspend.
