Simply awful
I bought a furniture on Friday and I left the merchandise there. My husband and I returned to pick it up on Saturday and when I was tryed to take out the bed they told me that they had sold it again and they gave it to the other customer. He was the second customer I bought it one day before.They told me that they sold the bed again because I didn't talk with the manager but I left the bed with the cashier that sold me the bed and I told him that I will like to leave the bed there until my husband go and pick it up and he answered that it will be ok. I left the bed in his hands.We were there about one or two hours talking with them but the manager had a bad actitude she didn't want to solve the problem until we told they that we were going to leave the place and think what we are going to do then she change and she told us that we have to take the money back then we told they that the only thing that we like to have was the bed and we don't accept the money back she told us that it will be very disgusting to us and they and if we don't get the money back we may'll be loose the money too. I called to customer service but they told me that I need to talk with they it is like nobody wants to heard about their mistakes and because I'm not a bussineses person I'm not have voice. That's way I'm writening to you to see if you can help me I don't know wath I can do I won't like to return to the store and say "ok give me the money back and do it again" they offer me to order the bed online but the cost will be 250.00 more expensive and pay for the shipping and handling too. It will be a gift for my Father that recentlly had a surgery.
