I purchased a car from car hop. I thought I was in heaven. I ran into a lot of repairs for my van within the first month. I spent over $2500 to get my van repaired. in the first 2 months. I complained about my car note being to high and they told me that was not there problem. I tried to make payment arrangement the lady told me no need they was coming to pick the van up. I have put more money in the van than what it is worth. I was cursed out and talked to like I was nothing and treated with no respect and they was very unprofessional. They treated me like a criminal. I regret going to car hop but I needed a way to go but Universal Acceptance Corporation will not help you when you need help and the warranty is a fake and don't cover anything at all. If you get approved for a loan and its Universal Acceptance Corporation say no and try somewhere else. If you ever go though a hard time or just can't get payment in until a week or two later they will not help you instead they talk about you.
