I purchased an otc scanner and the asian upgrade kit scanner advertised it was no shipping and all orders over $699 no shipping they charged for shipping. This is minor as they fixed it right away but I should have realized then i was in trouble as they apparently have no idea what they have on site and sell. When I got my order I received the scanner fine but the software upgrade kit was not there.

This software kit includes a security card a cable a card reader and the software. When I called and said it wasn't there they told me to call otc and they could download the software for me, with no security card?? yeah right, anyway they told me the company I was buying it from needed to get me the other things in the kit. After I told them that i quit receiving any emails from them and all you get when you call their number is a recording.
