I have been to the United Nation Department and according to the United Nation official, they said that the India Government has lay and enforced a serious law that any authority outside India that is bringing funds into India must obtain an Anti Terrorist Certificate as per guarantee & assurance that the funds will not be use to sponsor terrorism and bomb blast in India.

Below attachment is the scanned copy of the Custom Registration Receipt including the U.N application form letter which you are required to fill with a black pen and send back to me in regards of completing the further formalities from my end as your assigned representative from UK.
