	A Ellward November 25, 2010 not working I bought the luggage weigher on your flight from almeria to Gatwick on 3rd November. When i came to use it for my return flight on 21 Nove, I complained about it and your staff told me to contact you. Please reply to [email protected]
	SOUPRAYANE August 16, 2010 Damage handel suitcase I took up and down PARIS - CHENNAI class M. Last 14th august 2010 i took EK 543 from CHENNAI to DUBAI and EK 073 to PARIS. When i collect my baggages at CDG PARIS i saw the handle of my suit case ( SAMSONITE color light grey ) broken and missing. I complaint at your staff who told me to send a mail to EMIRATES and he also send you a mail for this same reason. Please do the necessary to repair my suitcase.

	November 4, 2008 Luggage The zippers on both the hard sided suitcase and the rolling garment bag are flimsy and not suitable for luggage. I have seen heavier duty zippers on ski jackets.
