I purchased a Samsung DI-CAM-8.1 MP-S-860-DSC-SL from NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD. on 28.03.2009-however soon after purchase the camera got stuck and not functioning at all. When contacted Samsung, Ville Parle-they are refusing to attend the problem despite its being in the warranty period saying that the problem encountered is beyond warranty coverage.
How to go about it. Please help.
