We bought a Samsung tv on 2/27/06. price 1, 999.99 & 24mo.service repair plan. In less then 5 mo. I had to call them about it. It was turning red and other colors could not see. Before it was over they had sent out at lease 5 or 6 different repair men, and they had changed a part twice but it was not that so they took it in. keep it for 6 months. Delivered it back. . It is doing the same thing. We called and of course the warrenty was out but no one told use that or called. Again the repair man came out charged me, took it in. No surpise there.Got it back with in two weeks had it for two days. payed $910.74 for service call labor and a DigitalPCBoard. Called them back told them about it doing what it was doing before. Decided to take it back. Ask to talk to repair man who worked on it, he said guess he didn't change the right thing. That wasn't the problem. So now we sat and wait. We called about the warrent on the parts, that were changed the money we payed. And if what he changed was not that, what is wrong, and why can't we get some answers. No one seem to know, every one is not in that department when I call, they just sent me to another department. Then the cut me off. So what now.
