MOBILE MODEL C3053 BEARING SL NORDBZ207211H THIS SET WAS PURCHASED ON 02.10.10 FROM M/S SISTER MOBILE SHOP 88/7 BAPUJINAGAR, BHUBANESWAR WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

After few days of purchase the set was started giving problem, that battery back up was very low, every one hour the set has to be recharged.this was brought to the notice of the selling dealer, on the spot the selling dealer took out one battery from one of the new handsets kept in the show case for sale, I feel the selling dealer's action was not correct .

Again after few months I observed that the hand set is overheated during incoming/outgoing calls.
On 11.04.11 the handset was deposited at your sevive center M/sSmart Services vide their receipt no 546 .

AFTER CONTCTING SEVRAL TIMES OVER PHONE I AM NOT GETTING CERTISFACTORY REPLY FROM YOUR SERVIVE CENTER BHUBANESWAR.THEIR ATTITUDE & DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ATALL UPTO MARK.

AS THIS HAND SET IS DEFECTIVE & GIVING PROBLEM FROM THE BEGING, WOULD REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE THE HANDSET ON PRIORITY WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
