I have purchased double Door Refrigerator June-2007
I am facing problem with it

Daily It gets off after few hours then it does not start. the things are getting spoiled & bad odour comes.
Then again when switch on it gets starts the collong & all is ok but in a day 4 times it gets off & unless we start itremains off. Perticularly when we go out or daily at night it remains off longer time unless we start.
This has atarted from 07/07/2009 we compalin for this they sent mechanic on 09/07/2009 he checked & said it is ok. again same thing was there so we calle service centre. They sent & he checked & said still if this problem there I replace part. The Problem was not solved we called & mechanic came, he replaced the part but we are facing same Problem. Total between 08/07/2009 till 22/07/2009 4 time mechanic came but nothing was improved.
First time we paid Rs. 331=00
When he replaced part we paid Rs.180=00
When we asked why it get delay they said the part was not available. In city like Mumbai if they dont get part for 10 days how they give service in backward areas. Today again they are sending mechanic for our Complain.
We do not know when they will totally remove this problem & we have to sufer as the things are getting spoiled.
