We purchased a Samsung Microwave on 9/5/10 We signed a contract that said delivery and installation date would be on 9/13/10. Delivery was completed, but installation was not carried out. Now they tell us it will not take place until the evening of 9/14/10. We are sorry we stopped in the store, because we are elderly we did not realize we would pay more for delivery and set up than we payed for the Microwave. We are very unhappy with Sears for not keeping their word and Installing it on 9/13/10. That is a breach of
contract for not installing the microwave when they said they would. We would like to return merchandise
and be refunded for everything..
