I purchased a 37" LCD TV from KBM Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 15th November 2009. On 3rd August 2010, the picture went blank and we registered a complaint. The service engineer came and changed the video card. Since it was under warranty we did not have to pay. On 23rd of November 2010, the right half of the picture screen went blank. On registering a compaint online a service engineer came and said that the panel is defective and it costs around 20, 000/=. He said he will talk to the higher authorities and see that it is repaired for free. Till date (6th December 2010) we are waiting for a response. We feel that we have been sold a defective piece by Samsung and we are getting a raw deal from their service people. Please do not buy 37" Samsung LCD TVs as they are not good. As others have also complained about this TV, we urge you not to go in for this brand. We hope some positive response will be seen from Samsung.
