IMPROPER FITTING-DUE TO GAS LEAKING
I BOUGHT MY 2 SAMSUNG SPLIT AC ON 26.02 2011. THE AIR-CONDITIONER TECHNICIAN SENT BY THE LOCAL DEALER NAMED G.V ELECTRONICS, ERODE, HAVE SENT AN INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN FOR FITTING THE A.C WHO HAVE LOOSELY FITTED THE NOBS OF GAS PASSING DUE TO THAT GAS LEAKAGE TOOK PLACE AND COOLING DROPPED SUBSEQUENTLY. SO, NOW, FROM WHOM I CAN CLAIM THE MONEY FOR REFILLING OF GAS WHICH MAY COST AROUND RS.2, 000 FOR 1 AC. SO, FOR 2 AC's, IT WOULD COST ME AROUND RS.4, 000. SO, I NEED THE CLAIM FOR GAS REFILLING-RS.4, 000.
DUE TO THIS PROBLEM I COULD SLEEP FOR @ DAYS BECAUSE OF TENSION THAT I HAVE ALREADY SPENT RS.48, 000 AND STILL MORE TO BE PAID, DUE TO THE MISTAKE OF THE SHOWROOM DEALER.

AC repair
The samsung customer service is pathetic.AC is still under warranty, there was gas leakage.They took the AC for repair and didn't return or even call back after nearly a month.And it's summer here.They have 0% commitment.I called back just to get irritating and irresponsible answers.

not attending complaints
dear sir
1.This is to bring to your notice that the undersigned lodged a complaint with your Samsung customer care center on 24 july 2010 BP No 8423616331 for a faulty Airconditioner
2. The complaint still remains un addressed after reminders on 10 Aug, 19 Aug, 21 Aug 2010.(SMS Recieved of complaint confirmation)
3. The undersigned was put through to the Ahemdabad Service Center on 21 Aug 2010 which claimed having addressed the complaint on 10 aug, but on a different address .I was given a Cell number 09879617365 of some Mr Ghanshyam who is not attending the call .Having been assured of the complaint being addressed on the 21st has still not been done.
4. The undersigned is now forced to lodge a complaint in the National Consumer Forum for redressal of greviance

wibreting sound is high and now is not cooling
I was purchase one Sam sung AC last Jun, this AC is compressor sound is very high and high vibrating, i am many time complaint the issue, Sam sung Engineer attend the fault but not solve the issue, Last time One Engineer tried the problem solve but 10% solved, Now AC cooling not working only air passing . My experience in samsung very positive, actually My TV, Washing Machine is Sam sung But This AC is field the Experience .

No service within warranty
AC bought in Jan 2010 leaks within 4 months. It is within warranty period but despite repeated followups no one has bothered to visit. Didn't realize their service was so bad. Shall avoid Samsung in future, but need a fix for now.

Samsung AC & Its Services Suck
I bought Samsung AC model no-18QBHDC 17th April 2005, and within a period of 15 days it went for repair.Since then its gone for repair over twice every year.We've spent more than 5000 other than the servicing charges to the company, forget the financial losses its given us too much mental torture as we have to call 100 times before an engineer turns up, for over weeks we get false promises from the company that the engineer is on his way but no one turns up.Other than that the engineers are incompetent & dont do the complete work.Today an engineer turned up charged us Rs 1000 for a part of the compressor which was not working, when we objected as the compressor is under warrenty he claimed that that particular part was not under warrenty, so we had to pay...but its just been 4 hours since the engineer has left & the AC is again not working.Dont know if anything will happen after my submitting the complaint here, but anyone who reads it should know that Samsung AC sucks...I'll try my level best to sue them for giving us so much of mental agony.

Terrible support / service and AC does not work
I Had purchased a 1.5 liter Samsung AC 2 years back in Delhi India and it has never worked since when the temperature rose above 40 degrees centrigade. Since 2nd June 2007 it had stopped working completely and I have made several calls to the customer support number they have provided but without any response leave aside a visit.
I am planning to move to the consumer court.
