I purchased a Samsung Bluetooth headset for my cell phone and it worked great but the earpiece for the phone is so cheaply made that it broke within a week of using the device. I contacted Samsung customer service and they were so bad that they said that that part was not under a warrenty because it was plastic. So I ordered 3 earpieces for a total of $12 including shipping and after using them they lasted about 2 weeks before all of them broke around where they attached to the phone and same attitude from their customer service, no we will not help you. I have been in the customer service field most of my life (over 50 years) and if I treated customer this way I would not have a company. I would bend over backwards to help a customer (it probably cost Samsung 5 cents to manufacture the ear piece) I have just purchased a BlueAnt Q1 bluetooth device and it works great. The earpiece is made of metal and will not break like the Samsung. I called the BlueAnt customer service and they are going to send me and additional earpiece and USB charger cable at no cost (now this is what I call great customer service). I will recommend BlueAnt to everyone and tell them to stay away from Samsung products.
