I have bought a Samsung laser color printer. Within three months I gave this printer to the Samsung Service Centre in Windhoek, Namibia, because the printer did not any longer receive data from the PC.
Two days later I was asked by the service guys to support them with my driver CD, as they weren't in possession of one. Another day later they found out that the USB interface is faulty and they have to order it from South Africa. Now is the day 10 and I'm still waiting for any information about my printer.
That is really frustrating as I need that device urgently for proof prints. I am now seriously considering to buy another HP color laser.
