i had sent my samsung corby model number s-3653 to sabsonic for repairing and even after 1 and a half week i have received no response from them.

i checked the status today and it is still pending even after such a long time..

the date of fixing as promised by them was the 23rd of july and even now there is no action taken...

the movement is the most sluggish i have seen as phone servicing should take nothing more than some days let alone the mammoth time they are taking!!!

the nature of complaint is that the touch pad isnot working.
