Poor Cell Phone/Overcharged
I purchased a Samsung Delve from an Alltel store which is now a Verizon store in March. I was promised a rebate which I never received. I copied all my receipts, cut out the purchase code and mailed all the information to the addressed noted on the box. Needless to say, after an extended period of time, when I had not received my rebate, I called. The customer service person told me they had no record of my mailings and it was too late to do anything about it. You guessed it, NO rebate.

That's not the worst of it. The cell phone, itself is useless. It locks or loses the signal all the time. The blue tooth comes on without warning and it does not receive e-mails and text messages until two or three days later. In addition to that my cell phone bill has gone up to $400.00 dollars. I know without a doubt, I am being cheated. No service and a too high bill. How is that for a cheat? Now, I am not one to do much complaining, but this cell phone and this high bill has really made my life miserable. Verizon has promised to send me a new phone, if they do, I'll let you
know.
