I bought a Samsung Digimax L85 Camera at Town Center Mall in Ft. Lauderdale on May 6th, 2009. That
evening returned home to charge camera and there was no charger in box (should have been included).
Returned to store three days in a row and got the run around from clerk...stated he'd tried to get me a
charger and also tried to call manager of store. He did say he was surprised that charger was not in box.
Last day stated to me that I could buy a charger "anywhere"!
After Vacation returned to NY where I live. Called Samsung service also several times with same run
around. Asked for complaint dept. who gave me address of " Samsung", sent Camera and Letter to Att:
Office of President on June 3. Camera returned on June 10...no acknowledgement or letter (but my letter
was opened and returned with camera). No charger-Camera doesn't work without charger. Was told by
Samsung service that there was nothing they could do, but that I could purchase a charger for that
particular camera for $50.00. Why should I, when it should have been included in the box with camera?
