Called before placing order asking if I can add warranty to a phone, they said "yes radioshack.com offers the same items as store" and that it may not be there because my unit was just released that day. They said just to go to the store and just place it to your order. So i had the unit shipped to store (which was confusing its self).
Now after placing order i called and asked why my order hadn't shipped and if i could add the warranty, so that i can just pick up the phone right away. They said order don't ship if placed after noon, and that i needed to wait to receive the product to place warranty.
Called the store I will receive phone from asked how do I add the warranty, and if maybe I can pick one up from their stock. They said they cannot do that, to call online and order it.
Now called online and asked how do I add the warranty, they said this is not offered for any online phone purchases. So asked me to return the phone and buy one at the store level, but that I need to pay the return shipping. or find a corporate store, but they cannot tell me where they are so i need to call the stores in my area to find one!
Now called a local store and they said that corporate stores will not accept phone. But may be able to sell me the warranty. I NEED ONE HONEST ANSWERS!! HATE THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
