Dear sir,
It is brought out that i purchased the Samsung S5570 mobile (355558040407114) on 06 Mar 11 from MEMMO GLOBAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS PVT LTD, DOOR NO. 47-39-10/2, Dwarka Nagar Visakhapatnam vide invoice no. MSIDP/6871. To my surprise when i started checking its function, it was found that the memory card is not getting detected.
Immediately, I approached the shop to get clarification and replacement of mobile. But they directed me to Samsung service centre. Service centre was approached, but they made me run around from one service centre to another, stating that this is the latest mobile and we donot have expertise. Finally with lot of effort, complaint was registered and a complaint work order No. 4105219941 was given. I have to regretly inform that instead of carrying out repair or replacement, they started blaming me for the defect. It is highlighted that i am an engineer and know how the mobile is to be used, such a behaviour from your distributor and service centre towards customer will only give dissatisfaction towards Samsung brand in such a competitive market. Instead of caring for customer satisfaction, they have given an estimation of around 4400/- stating that the memory card connector is defective and it is not covered under warranty. It is prudent to mention that if Memory card connectors are of poor quality, why their cost is to be passed on to the customer. Such a defect after immediate purchase only indicates either there is a deficiency in your design/production etc..and the reliability of your product is poor.
I was a loyal customer of Samsung as i believe that samsung care for the customer as well as product quality, Infact i have almost all electronics items like fridge, TV, AC etc.. of Samsung. But with above, experience my faith in Samsung brand has shaken .
In view above, it is humbly requested that my defective mobile to be replaced with the good one and necessary directives to be issued to the service centre for providing solution to customer rather than harassing them.
Looking for favourable Action.
