Fake call letter for job asking for deposit
I had received the following letter in response to my CV submitted to some jobs website.
Dear Candidate,
Your resume is shortlisted online for some of the vacancies in our company. Interview letter is attached herewith, kindly go through it for further details.

The place of interview was not specified but they were keen on the deposit of Rs.8850 by cash in the account A/C No. 409824576873 in the name of Sunil Yadhav. I have attached the copy of the scanned letter

The freeze of 400 litres has remained non functional during the whole of summers
I regret to inform that my complaint number 8415162891 asking for replacement of freeze shelfs which are all broken and the freeze during this summer is absolutely in non working condition has been pending since last one month. The constant calls to consumer care has bought no results and further there is an engineer Madan phone number 09582777048 who never visited our premises but got it officially recorded as the engineer had visited and ordered for the shelf’s of the freeze. After talking to him he gave the number of one Mukesh Sharma and asked to talk to him and was very rude and uncourteous during the whole conversation. So much so that he said please go to the consumer forum and do not fail to mention my name (i.e. his name in the complaint) None of the phone numbers being given by consumer care or otherwise by Mr Madan are functional. The freeze of 400 litres has remained non functional during the whole of summers. One can image the plight of the family during peek summers with children aged 7 and 4 at home during summer vacations.

We really regret why we purchased the fridge of samsung company
I am a resident of Ajmer. 5 years back we purchased a Samsung refrigerator worth rupees 30, 000.Since then it is not working properly .Every summer time it stops working .Last year we spent 4000 rupees on its repairs.And this year again it has stopped functioning. We have contacted the service station a no. of times but the engineers are unable to detect the problem.The engineers are not dedicated to their work. They came just once and after they saw the problem they have not come yet.This is not good, it is such an expensive refrigerator and is not very old too but we are facing so many problems because of it.We really regret why we purchased the fridge of samsung company.

Pathetic customer service
Between LG and Samsung, I always supported Samsung. The reason could be my being in IT and Samsung makes very good computer parts.
Alas, my allegiance to Samsung broke and that also in a very painful way.
I have a Windows AC which lost its cooling capability. I made a complaint to Samsung regarding this on 15th April 2010, Complaint number: 8400994648.
On 17th April I got a visit from Samsung and the person told me that the AC needs to be taken to service center to repair it. He told me that it will be picked next day. Today its 23rd April 2010 (8 days since complaint) and nothing has been done yet.
My only connection to Samsung is through customer care number 30308282 / 1800110011.
Not a single day has passed that I have not given them a call. Except for few most of the executives in call center are buffoons who cannot even speak properly. I wonder for what kind of quality proposes the call is being recorded by Samsung. Some of them tried to console me by saying they are putting my case on urgent basis, one nice guy went to the extent of marking it ultra urgent.
I tried to contact through the website but all of the functionalities require you to be registered user and their registration form gives server error (When you select Delhi as Region). There are other major problems with registration form. I have emailed them but still waiting to get the reply.
In this record breaking summer Samsung has done nothing else but to make my life HELL

Defective refrigerator
Have just shifted to delhi and was setting up home. After a careful analysis of the market place and the products available, zeroed in on Samsung products to take care of my requirements, But the experience so far has been horrible. And thought i need to warn all fellow members of the poor service being offered by Samsung.
Around 15th april bought 3 Samsung ACs and 1 Samsung Refrigerator... within a month of purchase I have had to call the Samsung service center 10 times due to some problem or the other in the refrigerator. (Gurgaon service center complaint reference number 8407182108)... Its very disheartening and sad when one has spent so much money on a brand new product and within a month we need to start calling the service center. It is understandable that any equipment at any point of time can give problems. The issue is not that. it is how a consumer problem is understood and solved. In this case after so many complaints it is but natural that my faith in the product has eroded.
I have therefore asked the company to give me a replacement, as i cant have a new product giving me so many problems...
Its sad and unfortunate that despite having bought so many products from Samsung in one go, there response has been vague and non committal... they have just wasted my time and energy, the response from the service center has been a constant "we will get back to you". This has been going on for the past 3 weeks without any concrete results.
I am surprised that a company of the stature of Samsung has such a poor service track record in place
So future Samsung purchasers better be warned.
