Miss Selling by Samsung India
Hi
In June-2011, I bought Samsung Split AC. Just after couple of days, I found that there is water leak issue from the main unit. I logges a compliant on 1st July (8433091387). Nobody responsded till data ahginst this issue. This is a clear case of miss-selling the product and cheating by samsung India as they sold "Low quality" product at "high price".
SInce, Samsung India is not capable to provide any service to customer and cheating poor Indian Customer like me, therefore, I request the samsung Management to return my Money (Rs 22000/-) and take back this product ASAP.

No Engineer for last 4 days - 1st complaint after product purchase
First time after Samsung TV purchase, I logged one complaint (8408398575) . But even after 4 days, nobody came. I do not know where to dump SAMSUNG TV. I have decided not to buy any samsung product in future. Buying samsung product mean loosing peace of mind. Really BAD experience.

Door Making Noise + Freezer temp. not comming
We have Purchased 345 LTRS. Refrigerator (RT35BDMSI/XTL) on 07/06/2010 from Sales India. Ahmedabad.
We logged the complaint on 30/10/2010 & 6/11/2010 to Samsung Customer Care on- 07930308282. They have given the complaint no. 8415350413 dt. 06/11/2010.Regarding NOISY DOOR & nO COOLING IN FREEZER COMPARTMENT.
After that your service center i.e. Samsung Service Plaza( C.G Road, Ahmedabad) has asked for the Retail Invoice which was courired to them. After receipt of confirmation of Retail Invoice, they confirm that Your product will be replaced by New same product within 15-20 days.
But wheen I am talking to them there is NO POSIVITE responce nor CONFIRMATION regarding Replacment .
PLEASE LET US KNOWTHE CONFIRM DATE WHEN YOU ARE REPLACING THE PRODUCT.

Monte - Battery not working properly
I bought Samsung Montee on 1st August 2010 from Univercell Telecommunicatons India Pvt limited, Chennai, and i have being using the mobile only for Calls, that too 4-5 call per day of 10 minute each.
The Battery is performing so bad that as of today i have to charge it every 8 hours.
Request you to please look into. To your satisfaction you can check the number of hours the mobile has been used uptill now.

Not attending by the Samsung Cusmer Care
I was brought the Samsung Microwave in 2005, unfourtunatly on 23rd Feb 2010 it was underrepaire so I call the tollfree no.180011011 my complaint was registered on the no.8413735361 since from this date till TODAY i.e.upto13thJuly2010 no any action was taken by Samsung "" CUSTMER CARE" I was contacted nearabout EACH an EVERY person of call center but except ASSURANCESE and lots of Promises I haden"t got any thing every time some one promised me to solve my problem.Even during this time twise a time two machenics from custmer care visited to my residence and saw the Microwave and told me that they will be bring the spare part very soon. but till today they are UNABLE to bring the same part .I think if any one wants to bring this spare part (i.e.magnito)from MOON or MARS he can be bring it during this time, but our GREAT SAMSUNG INDIA (Jamnagar, Gujrat) is unable to provide it to me.
I think now the time is came We THE CUSTMER MUST BE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHESING THE ANY OF "SAMSUNG PRODUCT".
Samsung Custmer Care no no this is CARELESS by CUSTMER.

NOT ATTAINDING COMPLAINT SINCE ONE WEEK
MY COMPLAIN NO IS8403426521. I regularly call in given no1800110011 but everytime call centre boy tell me you will be called by our engineers but no call received. I first complain on 24/3/2010. Now they reregistered our complain on 27/03/2010.
I care service centre Karampura, delhi will be given our complain no. but they didn't pick up our phone. What will I do now. I want to install my SPLIT AC also want servicing of it. I purchase this one year back.
Samsung support is therefore requsted kindly do the needful in this matter.

LCD Card damaged
I am using many appliances from Samsung like LCD, TV, Mobile Phone, Microwave Oven, Washing Machine, AC and Digicam. I purchased LCD in March 2008 which was having operational guarantee of one year from Samsung. I was disappointed to notice that LCD card got damaged only in July 209, just after 15 months of purchase.

I HAVE BOUGHT A SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE(SGH-M610) FROM SUBIKSHA MOBILE SHOP, KITCHLU NAGAR, LUDHIANA(PUNJAB). THE MOBILE SET IS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.AFTER TWO MONTHS OF MY PURCHASE MOBILE SET HAS STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS. ITS VOICE SPEAKER GOES OFF AT THE TIME OF LISTENING TO THE CALL. I HAVE HAVE GIVE THE PHONE TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE(SOLUTION PLAZA, NIRMAL NAGAR, LUDHIANA) TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM .THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE CHECKED THE SET AND DOES NOT FIND ANY PROBLEM IN IT.
IS THE CONSUMER IS TELLING ALIE ? THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE.
I HAVE BOUGHT SAMSUNG MOBILE BECAUSE OF ITS GLOBAL NAME IN THE MARKET.
KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM UNLESS I HAVE TO SALE MY MOBILE.

Customer service of company
I have a SAMSUNG television which broke down this month (18th Aug 2008). I called Samsung service and I was assured service engineer visit same day. 3rd day engineer visited, repaired and went. In 2 days, same fault appeared. Again called Samsung service, engineer came and corrected and left.
Then I went outstation. When I came back after a week, TV was again not working. Problem was same. I had to call customer service again and as usual they promised engineer same day. That “same day” came again 3rd day. Engineer checked and walked away telling me that he needs to bring some spares. Somebody will call and confirm you when this would be repaired.
When nobody called, we had to call up customer service 2 times to get the status. They promised a senior engineer visit to see what can be done as THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAS SPARES. That visit is still awaited and I am calling SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE ALMOST EVERYDAY. Problem is that this SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE is a just a call center. They have just a messaging system. No real link to service department. I asked for customer manager's telephone number for customer's grievance. They have same answer every time that they do not have it. Every time they have a similar answer that they would pass on the message.
I am PISSED OFF now and advice all the customer's not to buy any Samsung product ever at least in India.
I would be happy SAMSUNG company what a common customer thing about them.

Inadequate warranty service
Since then color patches are observed on the screen and the picture also appears to be tilted, but Samsung Service Engineers reply was all the TV sets looks to be tilted. Atleast this kinds of reply i do not expect from the Service peoples of such a Brand Item in the market which is selling TVs with tilted pictures. I think might the Service Engineer is not competent to handle such typical problems or he is not so technically sound. Very poor service from Samsung.
FYI the yoke of the TV set was changed during warranty and the warranty is still applicable.
