I have purchased a Refrigerator Model No. SR-34 NMB of Samsung make. Its giving problems like only the Fridger compartment is cooling and the lower compartment is not cooling.
I have lodged Complaints in their customer care services on 29/03/2010 and nearly 10 times after that. But nothing happened.
I am still suffering in thesummer season without the main services of the fridge for which it was purchased.
I am not getting the Tel No, Fax No or E-mail Id of their CEO, Director etc of Indian arm.
I ponder" did I committed a sin by purchasing a Samsung product?"
Can any one suggest me what to do?
