To whom it may concern,
We bought this new Led TV just a few months ago (see the unit details below). It simply didn't turn on today. There was no sign or signal of the problem. We are busy professionals and don't regularly watch TV. So we have rarely watched it since the time we got it. But finally this is the time of the year that we have those moments to spare, it's just the week that we can enjoy our VALUABLE free time watching movies on this highly promoted TV, but this SAMSUNG LED TV just doesn't work! This is the first TV in my life that stops working just like that. It does show the quality of the product or perhaps the quality level of the production. Now we have to spend our holidays taking this TV back to the shop and not knowing when we will get it back. I have to state that it's a great disappointment that such high-priced product can just stop functioning like that. I'd hope the company does take some action to correct this issue, either coming to take this bad unit from home or even replace with a new unit. Though it's still under warranty, I do feel that it costs too much of nerves and time to have to deal with sub-standard product, especially only few months after the purchase. And how would I trust this "Samsung" brand anymore?
