Battery Back Up & Mother Board Problem
I have purchase samsung mobile model no 3310 from local shop in Pune Maharashtra, as on 07.11.2010, from first day mobile had a problem in Battery back up & Mother board . I give my mobile in your Samsung Mibile Services centre at Shop No 5, 1 st Floor, The Millennium, Nal Stop, Karve Road, Pune-411004. Phone No 020-30292785 on 29.12.2010. But till today proble had not solve. Every day I enquired about my moblie on phone call or personal visit but not any response from them. It required to replace mother board but not any action will be taken from them. Every day they gives various reasons. So i want to solutions from you. In particular service centre servcies is not good. Very sorry to say. Thanking you.

I bought a SAMSUNG MOBILE from E-ZONE outlet in cunninghum road bangalore. within 12 days display had gone. Now i went to E-Zone as well as Samsung service centre also both the people are not responding. Their cheating like anything.

Bad after sales servics
I have made a big blnder by buying a samsung phone. within 10 days of my purchase its mic and keypad have stopped working. I have given it to the service center and it is there from last 20 days due to unavailaibility of parts. Even common parts like keypad and mic are not available in company and place like mumbai.

KEEPING MY WORK ORDER PENDING
I have purchase a mobile of samsung model GT-E2120B on 11th november 2009.The hanset is not working going auto on/ off.there is not available of motherboard of the said model.So they promise to give a new handset but since last 2 month they r telling sanction has not come from head office.They r troubling me alot.My work order no is WA29901016003 DATE 6/10/2010.

Samsung & Axiom_No Service and Incompetent Service Department
Samsung's authorised dealer and repairer in the UAE, Axiom Telecom, being unable to fix my mobile phone insist it is a battery problem which, surprisingly, a new battery has not fixed.
Their contact service department do not respond to emails and/or complaints.
In other words, Samsung have authorised an incompetent dealer and repairer who do not respond to service problems.
Looking at the web (which I wished I had prior to purchasing a Samsung product) lack of service appears to be the norm from Samsung and their authorised dealers (in this case Axiom Telecom in the UAE).
