my name is stacey whitney my complaint is against straight talk phone my number was 4136722314 I added a 45 dollar phone card on my phone I GOT MY UNLIMITED TEXY AND BROWSE THE INTERNET BUT i did not recieve my unlimited calling now I DONT GET INCOMNG CALLS NOR I CANT EVEN CALL OUT NOW STRAIGHT TALK IS SENDING ME A NEW SIMSCARD 5TO10 DAYS THEN MY PHONE WAS SUPPOUSE TO BE DEACTIVATED AND ITS NOT I THINK THIS IS UNFAIR MY SERIAL NUMBER FOR MY PHONE IS 356986031561129 AND MY SIMS CARD NUMBER IS 89014103213129172839 AND NOW WHEN I RECEIVE MY SIMSCARD I HAVE TO CALL STRAIGHT TALK TO REACTIVATE MY PHONE . PLUS THERES A PROBLEM WITH MY ZIP CODE 01247

Refrigerator Model RS253BAWW
Samsung Refrigerators are great...If you work in the appliance repair field. For $75 - $125 per visit you can rely on the constant influx of breakdowns of 'newer' appliances. We bought our Samsung RS253BAWW in 2007 for a price that was not the most expensive, but nowhere near the cheapest. We trusted the salesclerk at BestBuy when he told us it was a GREAT refrigerator ( never again will I trust them). I usually do my homework and really shop around, for some reason I forgo the research and now I have a refrigerator that with the original price and all the service calls cost more than the best of the best. I do not want to continue to lose food or supplement any more repairmen's income so we have decided to call it quits and spend our Christmas money on a new NON-Samsung refrigerator.
Good Luck to anyone that ever buys a Samsung product. They have the worst customer "care" I have ever had to deal with.
A big waste of time and a bigger waste of our landfills ( 3 years and they are junk? Horrible)

water leaking into crisper
Bought a fridge Nov.1/09 with no extended warranty.Started having issues app. 3 mths ago, water leaking into crisper . Have had it fixed 4 times, once including replacing back control panel and 3 times replacing or extending channel in which water runs or channels with a glorified duct tape.Called last wednesday Oct 6th said would email or call within 48-72 hrs, same on Oct.11, and also Oct.13. still no word. Warranty is running out and we're stuck with this!

product not received
Dear Sir, i purchased mobile on june 2010 of samsung corby text 3210. within one month i got my headset not working. i made a order to the mylapore samsung service and they told me that i can receive within 20days. but its nearly two and half month i didnt receive any response. when i ask them they told me that i have to visit regularly to the centre so they will make me remainder. there is no proper response. and they told me to phone other number which they have given. but that number there is no response. its the samsung is very worst service.

Not willing to help
My Samsung star mobile touchpad stopped working. I went to Samsung Service centre Thane since my cell phone was in warrentee. First the touchpad wasn't available with them. they called me again the next day. They replaced the touchpad but broke the Camera Strip but didn't inform me about the same. When i went again to inquire why it happened they Rudly told me "We can't do anything" it happens sometime and when i told them to put the new strip they said we don't have it come after 5 days.
IS THIS THE SERVICE ONE SHOULD EXPECT FROM SAMSUNG?? THIS IS PATHETIC AND NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT GIVING GOOD SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS NOT SAMSUNG ATLEAST I'LL ADVICE OTHERS NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG AT ALL SINCE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO GIVE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.

Service problems
I purchased a top-of-the-line Samsung refrigerator from Lowes. Due a backlog, delivery would take a week. A day before delivery we were told that a part had been recalled and that we would need to wait two weeks for new units to be delivered. It finally was delivered. 16 months later our unit stops working. After two visits from the authorized Samsung repairman, he declared it dead, requiring the entire unit to be replaced. It took several more days for Samsung to issue a replacement authorization to Lowes. However, Samsung also told me I was responsible for the sales tax and delivery charges of the new unit. I would have preferred a refund so that I could buy anything other than Samsung. My experience is that the quality of the product, people and policies is inferior. Lowe's has tried to be helpful in spite of Samsung.

No joy with this U700
I have used samsung phones 4 the past 6years, everytime I have to renew my contract I would take another samsung phone BUT ever since I changed to U700 I have never had any joy with this handset from day 1, I have even lost count on how many times I have sent it back for repairs. I have only had this phone for only 2years, earlier this year I sent it for repairs it came back looking new with a new black cover. Now the problem I'm faced with this new looking handset is that all the touch screen buttons on the top part of the slide are not working and these are the most critical buttons, the phone cannot function without these buttons, I can only receive phone calls, I can neither make calls nor open my sms's. So this phone is just useless now, I tried to go and do some quotations to fix this problem to my surprise I was told around R500, where am I going to get that much money. This is not fair especially when this handset gave me problems from day 1. Can someone please assist me and let me know what to do now.

I bought a Samsung regfridgerator 2-17-10 in Sept of 2010 there was a default where there was a leakage. Due to this process all of my food ruint, they were unwilling to swap it out they want to repair it, which is going to take two weeks. They make it just about impossible to get your money back for your food they ask for receipts which I don't keep on everything I purchased in my freezer. My advice to anyone is to stay from the Samsung products they are half assembled. Not only that the Company does not want to help you. Once they get your money any customer service issue are sent to the repair department. BEWARE
