Every time I call the customer care they are telling me tomorrow it will be done
I have purchased the LED Tv on 20th March 2010 but still the Wall mounting of the product has not been done. Every time I call the customer care they are telling me tomorrow it will be done and they are modifying the actual date of complaint so it shows it as the recent one.

With such service, I will never buy any samsung product and will also tell pp about the samsung services
I bought Samsung LCD and home theatre a week again. since then I have made repeated calls to samsung customer care for setting up/mounting the lcd and fixing the home theatre, but everytime the response is" we will call you back in 12 hours" and I never receive any call . When I call back, they sorry for the inconvenience and we will surely send a technician, but no call or no technician has come till now. Samsung service centre and customer care are the worst in terms of service. I read a lot about after sales services (all the reviews were bad), but still bought the product. With such service, I will never buy any samsung product and will also tell pp about the samsung services.

The customer service people in the service center in Jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore are not responding to my calls and they have not repaired my phone since 3 weeks. They call me to collect the phone very 2 days and when I go to collect it they say its not yet ready. All they have to do is replace the screen and they always say "NO STOCK"!!

I regret the day I purchased this product
I purchased the Samsung LCD 37A550 16 months ago. It worked perfectly for 15 months and I was very happy with it to be honest.
Suddenly went on the blink 3-4 weeks ago. After 1 hour of usage the picture goes off while the sound remains. The Samsung service guy tells me the panel will have to be replaced at a cost of Rs:27, 500 which is exactly 50% of what i paid for the LCD in October 2008(Rs:54, 000)!!! What he cant explain is how or why a high end product like this one should go down the drain so quickly.
Do they think I am nuts????? Pay 50% of the original cost after just 16 months from the date of purchase????
In spite of my writing to the Deputy MD, the Marketing Head and the Category Head at Samsung, no one from Samsung has had the courtesy (forget the guts!) to respond. What a fabulously customer-centric organization!!! Speaks volumes of how once you sell a product, you forget the customer who bought it!!!
I regret the day I purchased this product and hope the same thing doesnt happen to my top end Samsung microwave which I purchased for Rs:16, 000!!!

Within 10 days of buying this mobile it had sound problem regarding which the customer support people told me it got software problem which requires me to keep my mobile with them for 7 days. But they did not gave me the handset and after making me wait for 2-3 hours asked me to return after 7 days which is repeated several more times. Finally they returned the handset without checking which on returning to home I found dead. For that I went to another customer care outlet which after keeping the cell for 3 months returned saying it is irreparable.

defective ice maker
I purchased a Samsung RSG257AARS at Lowes less than two years ago. It is a beautiful stainless steel unit and I was told that it was highly rated. I started having trouble with the ice-maker about 6 months later. When the ice-maker totally quit working...I looked online for answers and it indicated that I needed to change the water filter (about $44.00 with tax). I did this...reset buttons, etc...started getting ice again the next day. A few months later...same problem...I had company coming so bought another filter and changed it so i would have ice on hand. The ice-maker can't keep up with the usage for one person much less two (I live alone and rarely have enough ice on hand!). I ended up buying ice...later the ice-maker kicked in and even filled the ice container! I thought my troubles were over but less than a month later same problem...so I bought another filter and changed it. I realized then that the money for the refrigerator ($2500) was nothing compared to all the water filters it took to keep the ice-maker going. Also...no one told me that I could remove the filter and the ice-maker would still work so I tried that...well...I have about a dozen cubes in the past week! How can our government allow these crooks to sell this China made crap here to hard working tax paying citizens? Where is the Atoorney General of Texas (my state)...why doesn't someone look out after the consumers? Why aren't there recalls on these defective units...where are all the lawyers and class action lawsuits!
Whatever you do...DO NOT but anything with the name SAMSUNG on it...I promise you...you will be sorry!

My phone started reboot problem just after 1-year warranty is over... Bluetooth never worked and while trying to start it, it started rebooting. When I visited their customer service, person simply said that it is common problem in this model and so, it is discontinued. Just throw this phone!! Now, this phone doesnt start at all and I need to throw it because Samsung made faulty phones - why they dont do product recall if their phones are fauly and they already know it...

After 2-3 months the battery of the phone have stopped working
This Regarding a Mobile phone 3010 I purchased from one of the distributor or dealer of Samsung. Now sunddenly after 2-3 months the battery of the phone have stopped working. so I went to the service center and asked them to locate the problem. After 4-5 visits of mine to there service center they came up and said that the battery is damaged due to water logging.
I asked them that the cell never came out of the plastic cover and was not used much how can water go in the battery and not the complete handset is damaged. Saying this they said that we cannot replace the battery due to water damage and till now no solution have come up. I had also launched the complain in the service center and the complain no. 8412913073.

I have got many problems in my machine including sparking of the wire. the company is so dumb that in spite of repetitively calling to call centers, is not sending their mechanic for repairing. The machine is completely not working, & hence we have to wash our clothes daily by our hands i.e. manually, which is very tiring & causing mental & physical trouble to us.
