Till date the product I ordered has not been delivered nor been contacted by them
I had purchased a Refrigerator from Big bazzar, when there was a free offer of Koryo Microwave Oven along with it. Since they did not have stock at that moment i was told that it will be delivered with in a weeks time. Till date the same has not been delivered nor been contacted by them. I had visited 3 to 4 times personally but the response was the same. "We will deliver it with a weeks time".

I will never recommend any one to buy samsung product
I have brought a flat samsung colour TV in the month of Nov, 2008 from Golden Electronics, Ladwa, Haryana but its picture quality is very poor and producing more sound.I have complained many times to shopkeeper and samsung office Karnal but no responce came from their end.They are just Ignoring us, they do not want to attend problem.This TV set is still in Gurantee period.In future I will not buy any thing from samsung after this Incident.No one has so much time to follow up with samsung on daily basis.I have very bad experience with samsung I will never recommend any one to buy samsung product.

I've been mentally harassed by samsung customer care people and the dealer
I have bought Samsung LCD TV Model LA26R71BBM/XTL in oct 2008.Since it was installed some of the remote functions were not working and we have complained about the same to the dealer and one of the executive had visited from service centre and confirmed that there is some problem in the TV Board because of that the remote is not working.We have requesated the executive to kindly send a request for replacement of the TV as this is a new TV and under warranty also .Its been a month now that we have been calling Customer care and following up with dealer also and they are not providing any resolution to our complaint.Your so called Customer care exe don't know any thing and they can only help us by arranging a call back from the Concered dept and the stupid concerned dept can only followup with some other depts..One day after a argument with some Sr Exe in Customer care Mr Tarun had arranged a concall with Mr Amarjit Singh 9814005474 so called Service Incharge of Service Centre But i think he is also so busy that he don't have a courtsey to call back and confirmed abt the status abott the same.As he promised that he will call back will confirm the status.I don't think that Samsung is providing good services to the customer and the so called service incharge don't know the meaning of Customer Service. After such a wonderfull experince with samsung i don't think so that i will be suggesting anybody to buy samsing products rathet i will aslo not buy any samsung products..this was my first experince with samsung and it is so pathetic and i've been mentally harrsed by samsung customer care people and the dealer.. Would request you to kindly replace my Samsung TV or Else i have to go to Consumer Court for complaning about the same.

I have been facing problems with this model of Tv since the day i bought it
I have been facing problems with this model of Tv ever since the day i bought, this tv currently i possess has been replaced and its been only 3 months. The complaint (SRNo:8406879826) that i have registered on 23/09/08 is on vertical line problem with my TV ie., if any images with straight line appears it seems to be bent in both the sides of the tv. What i was told by your service engineer as 'East-West problem'. The have taken the tv for service on 1/10/2008 and returned only today 14/10/08 with more worst than before. Your service person 'Thirugnanam' seemed to be advising me to speak to the dealer and change the TV. Samsung support sucks.
Later it has been taken over by the Branch manager of Hitech Solutions - Villiwakkam who promised me to solve the unsolved issue, currently he is also not responding, now someone called Rajagopal is picking up and saying he is out of station, what bothers me if he lives or not.

56 DLP Multiple repairs
So my wife and I got a HL56a650 as a gift in sept 2009 and since march has had 3 service calls and now offered to exchange the unit, so im thinking cool, getting a new tv until they dropped a bomb on me and said with an additional 850.00...WHAT are you insane ????? So since I got it as a gift and dont have a reciept I have to settle with the same defective unit thats refurbished and only has a 90 day warranty...whats wrong with this ? am I over reacting or what, any ideas on how to get a NEW tv instead of a refurb ?

All the time their phone lines are busy
Nobody attending phonecall since last 2 weeks.All the time their phonelines are busy. Shop from where the CTV was bought is now closed down.I got only contact number of SAMSUNG customer care. Really fed up with SAMSUNG after sales service which actually does not exist.

I did not expect such a pedestrian service from a brand like Samsung
I had logged a complaint to replace picture tube of my TV on 20th October 2008. They picked up my TV on 23rd October 2008. Since then there has been no news on any developments. Everytime I would call up customer care centre they would tell me that they would arrange a call back within 2 hours. I have been relentlessly trying to get feedback on the status of my TV but to no avail. I did not expect such a pedestrian service from a Brand like SAMSUNG.
Had I known this before I would have rather sold that TV to scrap instead of enduring so much pain and tension. SAMSUNG SERVICE SUCKS.

Avoid Samsung at all costs
The handset stopped charging and so i gave it to M/s Solution Plaza on 9th June who on 25th gave me back the set without repair and refused to entertain the warranty and asked to pay for repair if to get it repair.
When i asked for address of Samsung office on 14thaugust to send the complaint they asked do not move to consumer forum we shall repair it under warranty.So i handed over the set to them on 18th August 2008 which still they are not in mood to repair even after i have made so many rounds of their service centre and contacting Samsung through their number 1800110011 and Area Manager of Samsumg Mr. Rahul.
So i request you to proceed the case accordingly to enable me to recover cost of set along with compensation for harassment.

They do not have adequate service networks
The video inputs on my TV went bad all of a sudden and produced a green, ghost-image like picture. However, the TV was working fine. Samsung authorized repair man came out, fiddled with TV and said the part he needed was on back-order. He put everything back and now the TV is not working. He said Samsung would give me a new TV. Samsung wants to give me a new TV for $650 fee!! My TV had very little hours on it since purchased and when I go online to TV forums I can see that there are numerous problems with Samsung rear projection TVs and related service. The parts cost a fortune. Somehow it seems consumer electronics companies can get away with poor reliability without having to do recalls like the car companies and thats what I think has happened hear with Samsung. The TV cost $2, 500. They do not have adequate service networks and they know you have to sit there without a TV or take their offer.
